Alpizar Roberto Ramirez, a native of Placetas, Villa Clara. Independent is a visual artist.

Middle level is a graduate of the National Academy of Fine Arts "San Alejandro" (1959) and graduate-level courses in Education Studies and History at the University of Havana (1965).

The techniques that work are: Drawing, Cartoon, Painting and Design.
